We started Vilasita Hospitality in 2017 so that we could give consumers the choice of luxury desserts & fast food services, well packed to their doorsteps! Crepe-fe is Vilasita's first venture. It has a phenomenal response thanks to our team which has worked extremely hard to put it all together! We have served one million customers in 3 years. From serving them a variety of desserts like Crepe's, waffles, gelatos, bagels, pizza & western fast foods. We have worked on perfecting our way of operations from day one. So we have a focus on quality and efficiency at the same time. We have a robust system of operating the kitchen on a SOP model, where each employee is trained on following protocols and addressing matters to higher ops asap. Hospitality business is a customer pleasure business. Cloud kitchen and food delivery business is more a transaction business. However we at Vilasita respect that thought but do want the customer still to have the hospitality experience. Hence our packaging stands out in all ways. We have worked hard on packaging our products well. We do not compromise on the product at all. Our repeat customer is high due to the consistency in our culinary process of getting them what they want again and again. We have developed many famous products like Healthy bro bagel, Nutella strawberry Crepe, Monkey Banana waffle and many more. The customers start having a personalised touch with the company as they know so much about the brand they have invested in. We have also diversified in more product portfolios over the years. We have Distrbution line of products like atta chips, chutneys and cakes under the brand names Geeta's Chutney and Good Vibes. We even have piloted an Indian food cloud kitchen model Mughal-fe. The founder Shourrya Sachdeva has studied hospitality at Les Roches Switzerland. He thought of this venture while finishing his culinary course in London in 2015.
