  Before you even give your car for any service think twice, the directors are untrustworthy they have taken the office from my friend the address indicated 150 Tower B2 Spaze Itech is not their office any more they vacated this office without paying the landlord and the building owners a full due of over ₹3 Lacs is pending from them they have also stolen office furnitures when they moved out without informing the landlord, also they have not yet returned the keys of the office to the land lord the directors are Akshat Lavania & Divyanshu Bansal both are crooks.

  Being an enthusiast, i love my bike and car.

  Good job at denting and painting. Work quality is good. Staff is very well mannered and courteous. All other work very good. Recommend highly for body shop work.

  Don’t trust this people and their services...they spoil your car. My car serviced by them two months back, saying that they will use synthetic oil for my engine but they haven’t fill the oil itself and my car engine ceased. Also have not used coolant but used water and charged ₹7500. Hope u will take care of your car

  Kudos to the team who took utmost care of my car. I needed some paint-work in it so they painted it in the paint booth and met my expectations. The car looks new just like showroom condition. I'l surely recommend Carpathy to all my friends.

  Fantastic service done by the company. On time pick up and delivery as well. Work done on my Volkswagen Polo was as good, if not better, than dealership workshops. Great work Carpathy.

  They are pretty much a bogus company. My experience with them has been really bad. Some of the details I discovered:
  - They just act as completely unaccountable intermediary between you and your already known local workshop. Practically don't add any value or an additional layer of accountability between you and workshop, which I though as a business they would. They are just aggregating (and absolutely nothing else). The service slip won't even have any mention of workshop's, nobody is going to put any signature on it.
  - They don't give any tax invoice of service rendered (no GST). The fake, so called invoice doesn't give any details of the service as in what was exactly done and changed even in a general service. It goes on claiming that the invoice is not issued by them even though it bears their credentials. No mention of what filters were changed, if at all they were.
  
  I'd certainly NOT recommend them at all.

  Flaw in the model if the first point of contact is not presentable. These guys sent someone to pick my car up. The pick up person had no clue how to do a visual inspection, didn't know how to check the odometer of the car, no recording of the visual inspection and neither did the pick up person have a driving license. Decided not to give me car as this did not give me confidence. Immediately got a call from the head mechanic and someone from the office and said that due to a rush they had to send this guy. Why would you send someone who has no clue at all??

  They are not to the mark,make fool to people and charge more than market price,gives car without proper service.
  After service I called many time to the person for the problem but they don't even picked up my phone

  Simply worst.. These guys are fooling people. They are making false promises. They have tie-ups with local workshops without even background checks. Dont get into the trap...

  Pathetic Service. The people speaking on phone have ZERO knowledge about cars. They first make promises and then break them. Very bad experience. Staff is not well trained on communication skills and car's technical knowledge. KARAN and your team - 'lot of work to do'.
  
  And by the way, prices are way too much.
  
  False Commitments !!
  Not recommended at all.

  Got my car services today from Carpathy. It was a zen estillo. First of all the prices are ridiculously high. The rates for normal car service was more that 4.5k. JUST NORMAL SERVICE! Oil change and car wash for 4.5K. They gave me a discount for 20% so I ended up paying 3.7K.
  
  Apart from that they send me a proforma for 21K for my car accessories to be changed. The car delivery guy came and told me that the normal service that they got it for 2700 and they are charging 1000 Rs more irrespective of free pickup and drop.
  
  Don't try to fool customers guys. We know when we check car servicing rates across other platforms. Feels cheated.
