  Pretty good restaurant with good quantity and taste of food...
  I just would not recommend for families with little kids as the place is open and you cannot let them wander around in the restaurant.
  Also, pretty good Ambience for a get together of adults or grown-ups....

  Pathetic service. Literally the worst customer service I have experienced. I mean after we got seated ..... a guy out of nowhere comes and tells us there was someone waiting prior to us.....I mean if u people are full you should inform us right at the entrance, that is what restaurants with a reputed background do. Never ever going to step foot in this restaurant with the worst customer service ever and would recommend my friends also the same. Hope the chain hires people more sensibly.

  We were 6 members including oldies and kid and were attended after 20 mins on request. Such unhappy faces, not happy to take order... Delay in everything...unable to manage customers...
  
  My hungry kid kept waiting and slept without eating. Extremely bad service...throughout the time we kept looking for someone who could attend to us for order or repeat.
  
  It's been a repeated experience with them... Will never visit them again!

  I would say CCD had achieved the ultimate on standardization as this outlet is no different from other CCD outlets. Coffee tastes the same and facilities including seating arrangements are same as any other outlet

  The food is average and service extremely poor. Manager is extremely rude, the staff is lazy and the portions are small.
  
  On top of that we were charged a 10% Service charge. It's up to the customer to pay for the services if you have a good time but why should it be taken for granted that we pay service charge when you have not been looked after?
  
  I would never go back to this place.

  I would say only one word for their service- pathetic. When I got the bill, extra 10 percent was already added in bill apart from GST. When I asked the manager about it, he was quite arrogant and said that it (extra 10 percent) is actually voluntary which was not mentioned anywhere. But the poster at entrance says "we levy 10 percent service charge". Its an advice to others from my side that if you guys want a good service, this is definitely not the place to go and if you want to go anyway, be aware of this 10 percent service charge which is actually not mandatory.

  I had come here with a bunch of friends for lunch, four of us ordered 4 dishes, but to our surprise the quantity of the dishes was good enough that 3 dishes would've been sufficient. The pizza was very mediocre, so was the pasta.
  We ordered a Lebanese platter, which tasted okay but the presentation wasn't upto the mark. It was as if the things were thrown on a plate. The paneer tikka Kathi was the best amongst the four.
  
  The service was fine.

  CDH is a huge disappointment! The reputation supersedes the reality. The service is the biggest let down, the waiters have a lackadaisical attitude, the food is plain Indian with infusion of an overload of cheese (which apparently qualifies them to label it Indo-Euro fusion)!

  They serve really good food with adequate portion size. I tried herbed vegetables sandwich, size was enough for one person (you probably won't be able to order more after that) and it had right amount of cheese and exotic vegetables. Another amazing thing about this places is that they serve fresh juices along with other drinks! In short, if you are the one among ur friends who wants healthy options along with other stuff, this is the place!

  Juicy Lucy burger was the thing which got me here. It lived upon its reputation. A really nice and huge burger was outstanding. And sides they give with burger are as good as burger.
