Very neat and clean platforms, Rickshaws and ToTo are readily available outside the station. Also plenty is refreshment shops with good options of snacks and beverages. Conveniently located from the city.

This station is easily accessible from berhampore bus stand by toto or rickshaw. Hardly 10 mins drive.

Berhampore city is the main city in Murshidabad. The distance of the city from Murshidabad Station (Lalbagh) is 13km and 185 km from Kolkata. It takes approximately 4/5 hour by train from Sealdah station, Kolkata. and 5/6 hour by car from Kolkata. Hotels, Public transports are available over the city. But Berhampore Bus Stop is preferable for a better Communication place. Three stations are accessible from the city Berhampore Court (BPC), Khagraghat, Cossimbazer (CSZ).

Improving day by day, but the platform no 2 immediately needs a shed. A proper rickshaw, e-rickshaws and taxi stand is very much required.

Clean, well maintained newly built station equipped with abundant sitting arrangement, drinking water supply.
No food court or stall in or around station.parking lot is way too messy.

Berhampore Railway station has only two platforms and trains is available for SDAH, KOAA, NH, LGL, MBB, RHA, DDJ, and many more but only in SEALDAH division.
