  on 6th (FEB, 2017), my vehicle was picked-up from my home just to change the accelerator cable and when i got it back with the job-card and other details I found the central lock is not even working. They promised a on premise resolution, and some people came to check my car but was unable to solve the issue, the funny part is they wanted to take the car to the service status but was not carrying any receipt for the same. So i did not allow them to take it without a proper document.
  
  I was trying to fix a issue in my car (accelerator cable change), and instead a new problem - I HAVE TO LOOK EACH AND EVERY GATE INDIVIDUALLY / MANUALLY . Great Fix thanks a lot.

  The approach road is narrow, has some humps and is heavily congested. The service quality is satisfactory, the body shop is efficient.

  This service center is not equipped even with common facilities like automatic tyre alignment. They simply advise customers to go to some other shop. The service staffs are not conversant about the advanced features attached with the car. My car is fitted with remote locking system. When I gave it to them for doing some mechanical re-fitting, they made the mess with the electrical connections . I had to make additional payment elsewhere to rectify their fault .
  The repairing staffs are careless and create more troubles with the car.
  The interior of my car was made absolutely dirty and I had to pay additional amount to clear the mess.
  However, some of the staffs are well behaved and courteous.
