  A complete rip-off. Tried to buy a ticket from Agra to Delhi, they convinced me to buy a bus ticket. First price is as 350 then 400.
  When I FT to the station, the staff (super rude and stupid btw) told me that the seller got the wrong info and my bus will departure at 16 BUT if I want to leave at the actual time that my tickets says I need to pay 100 rupies more because my bus was not A/C and the one departuring at my time does.
  A tourist trap as most of Agra is, unfortunately.

  DO NOT USE. Conmen. Lied about local bus being late to get me to upgrade to a Volvo. Charged extra to carry bags. Bag was badly ripped in the storage area. Others’ bags were ruined. No one apologised or offered to help. Dropped us off next to the motorway on the outskirts of Delhi. Horrendous behaviour.

  Terrible service.Bus was supposed to leave at 6:30 pm..left at 9 pm for they had to fill their bus seats first.Then they took a different route to take more people.Destination was told Akshardham metro and we were dropped at noida city centre metro at 12:15 am.We were overcharged just because we had booked the tickets from these frauds.

  Make sure you pay only after seeing your bus and seat. They are excellent conmen luring tourists. Better travel by train.

  Horrible experience!
  Our 12:00 pm bus had "technical problems" Curiously at the same time there was a better bus going from Agra to Delhi. We had to pay extra even when it was their fault. After paying extra for the "upgrade" they also charged us 30 extra rupees more for the luggage. Of course we didn't leave Agra until the bus was full so we ended up leaving at 13:20.
  They were also very rude to everyone.

  Very terrible service from ashok tour and travels... They are really robber. Worst bus timings. Zero bus availability. You are not guaranteed by them to reach on time. There promises are so high but service is totally opposite. I personally recommend to never take services from them.. I am still in bus without watching any places as promised by them.

  Terrible service, nasty man and very untrustworthy. The 4pm bus was "cancelled" at the last minute & I was changed to a 4.45pm and sent to another shop to wait. There I was told there is no 4.45pm bus and only a 5.30pm (neither of which existed the day before when I was assured the 4pm was the only option) I became angry at so many lies and being dismissed with a flick of the wrist, so I went back to Ashok and asked for a refund as I wanted to buy my ticket from someone else as I didn't want him to have my money. He was shouting orders at everyone around him, shouting at people on the phone, a twisted angry face and not a man you could trust. I finally got my refund, then he phoned around the other travel agents to tell them not to sell me a ticket!!!! What an evil man.
  I managed to get a 6pm bus from a nice travel agent. Be warned, DO NOT buy from this shop or trust this man

  ZERO starts!! Worst experience ever! They promised us we would reach Delhi three hours before our flight, we arrived 15mins after our flight left!! We lost 25000rupees because of them. NEVER use them!!!! We wish we saw Google reviews ahead of time. Will be contacting all hotels and agencies in Agra to NEVER use them!!!!
