Arun is a freelance Cinematographer and Photographer based out of India.

Having shot numerous projects- from fictional films to documentaries to corporate films as a cinematographer over the past few years, he has a wide experience in both fiction and non-fiction work. Over the years, he has shot for companies like Volkswagen, Siemens, Faurecia, Lloyd Steel, Bacardi NH7 Weekender and for agencies like Demotix (UK), Videoagency (Paris), Kircher Burkhardt (Germany), Mmpro film- und medienproduktion Gmbh (Germany) and Author Solutions Penguin (USA). He has also worked as an assistant to one of India’s most respected cinematographers, Mr. C.K. Muraleedharan.

The films shot by Arun have been showcased at numerous film festivals across India. Arun has also directed a couple of films and corporate videos. Queer Azadi (Queer Freedom)- a film on LGBT rights directed by him was showcased at the Queer Film Festival in Rostock, Germany.

As a photographer, Arun mostly takes up editorial, fashion and product photography assignments. He also works on candid wedding photography projects.

He works as a photographer at weddings capturing the bride, the groom and their close ones in all their candid moments. He covers the wedding in a photo-journalistic way and narrates the wedding story through aesthetic and artistic photographs.
