After becoming district, good many improvements have come into force. But for passport verification, tradition of bribe is going on.

Very much corrupt...one of my friend met with an accident as he was hit by a m/c coming from wrong side,he became senseless & admitted to Hosp.Police came & took the bike in their custody,the driver wasnt the owner,he didnt had any valid D/L neither the RC book & Insurance.Police released him by taking 5k bribe. Now my friend who is economically very weak,has to bear all the expenses of hospitalization which would otherwise be borne by the Ins company
