  Employees are not responding properly. They were not treated as priority. Please inform them to do work as first come first serve basis. To link aadhar to mobile they will move from one counter to another for 3tyms and will say wait for 10 mins. It takes me more than 45 mins. Finally they said come at evng or go to another store. They were looking only for new sim customers and port based customers because they are money related.

  AADHAR linkage to mobile number is free of cost. they are asking the customer 100 rs and then these airtel staff are taking this as a chance to unknowingly forcibly join the customer to join airtel payment bank a/c and disclose after payment receipt.

  Worst Store.. Never go here! They claim they are the franchisee of the Airtel and not the Direct outlet of the Airtel and charge for everything! Even new 4G sim card for exisiting customers mentioned as free in the website and airtel customer care, are issued here with a charge of 50 Rupees without bill. Store Manager here is no were helpful and these guys are there for looting the money from people

  Getting a sim card was real quick. It just took 4 hours to get it activated and most of all, identity verification was through adhar card. This was done in mins.

  Even 1 star is not eligible for them... Worste airtel relational Center I have ever seen. They will not even give proper response to the customers. Even there is no crowd we have to wait minimum 20mins to express about our concern. When ever I have visited their store, they will tell that server is busy or system are not working or net is fluctuating or issue with Airtel servers etc.... Please avoid to visit this store. If you don't want to visit multiple times for a single issue.
