This place used to be a very good location, watching a movie was satisfactory but now I feel they stopped maintaining, no preference for customer satisfaction. The screens are having dusty layer, which are clearly screen while watching the movie, the toilets are stinking. T.Nagar branch is maintained much better when compared to this branch (well atleast for now)!

Exept the snacks provided inside it everything else is good. They cost more for snacks its not at all a reasonable price. The popcorn and every snack provided inside are costs damn high. The seats inside are comfortable and screen sound effects are great, maintenance are also good. They keep cleaned.

Nice theatre. Seats are decent. The location probably isn't the best part but for those who are on the extreme end of the city, it's a great choice. For food you have a Mc D and a KFC located near by. Entertainment and food is not a problem in this location if you can spend couple of hundreds extra.

In navalur area this is the one and only theater and best theater. Previously in this mall there is no shopping stall. Now lot of stalls are opened. Bike Parking is open. Bike are got problems due to rain. Need closed parking for bikes. Snacks rates are very high. There is escalators option for coming down. Need to use steps or lift. Its take long time.

It is a small multiplex with average 2 or 3 movies played at a time. Screen and sound quality is good enough for usual movies.
Tixkets can be booked via BookMyShow. However normally you'll get tickets on premise itself as the place isn't that crowded except the first few weeks. So it's a 30+ rupee saving there.
There is a food court in the floor below. However their screening to check for outside food when you enter the movie halls is comparable to security check in airport :P
Parking charge is 40 per hour. Instead, you can park on the road side.

Nice ambience. Good decent crowd. Nice food court nearby. Mostly preferred for the movies at top floor. Not much development in other floors of the mall complex.

Very good movie experience here. The sound quality was very good. A very good ambience too. Only thing I hate is the congested exit which will really test our patience.

Suitable for a good movie experience. Theatre with well planned seat setting.
    But lacks in more issues....
Coming out from the theatre is a devil's paradise.
Because you have to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes and cover all the screens depends on the crowd.
You can't come out by the way once you entered initially before screening.
Apart from the path way you have to use the steps also.
    Terrible for aged people.
Simple you are forcing to reach the food court.
Then you have to wait for Elevators with the tensioned. crowd for more than 10 minutes.
If you wish to use the rest room in the Food court/Lift lobby you should have a brave heart.
Covering your nose with a cloth and use of sanitizer is highly needed.
In regular weekdays there will be no crowd so you have to cross the food court and basement parking be carefully.
In weekends, it will take 30 to 40 minutes to reach the main road after the end of the movie.
This will force you to pay 30 rupees more for parking.
If you are not using the food court and a direct movie experience you have to pay 120 rupees for carparking in weekends.
Once you get into your car, you will be in a 'Q' for 15 to 20 minutes in weekends.
If they can provide a bill counter at the exit of the parking, we can save 30 rupees.
If you ask for a bill... it's not possible.

Seats are comfy but can be awkward for taller people. Screen and sound quality is good. Too many ads are be played sometimes. Snacks are a bit expensive but tasty and decent. Parking for 4 wheelers can be bit costly.

Theater lacks maintenance. Very less number of lifts available you have to wait 10 minutes to get hold of lift, during weekends and holidays, I would recommend you to reach early if you have booked movie as there is shortage of lifts. Alternatively you can also use escalator but this is accessible only from ground floor.

Vivira or Coromandel plaza - whoever comes, the parking charge is still not change. Why should they charge hundred rupees for watching movie. At last they should discuss with mall to reduce or offer discounts for movie goers

Good place to watch a movie... none of the shops in the mall are open but the theatre on the top floor is open... the quality of seats in the theatre is good. Overall, a good movie experience

Nice theatre. But the quality of the snacks can be improved for the price they are providing. The seats are very comfortable and Screens are bigger compared to other theatres. The parking charges are nominal.
