2 stars for being a local business and having a pleasant manner.
No stars for service!
Went in for repair to a tyre with a screw in causing a slow puncture. He said he could not do the repair immediately so I returned the next day and the job was done.
Unfortunately the repair was not good and the puncture persisted so I went back. No real issue with having to return as these things happen, but to then be told he couldn't put it right for 2 weeks due to Christmas break was a bit off.
Returned after 2 weeks at the allotted time to find him absent. He turned up 10 minutes late and again couldn't do the repair immediately. 2 hours later the repair had been repaired.
I don't care if the repaired repair fails again as I will not be returning. I shall take the longer option of going to Douglas where the total time for plugging a leaky tyre is usually around 30 minutes and NOT 3 WEEKS.response / report this review -
