At The Cupcakery in Castletown today; Vanilla Cupcakes. I use straight up vanilla seeds in my cakes and frosting, no essence (does that even exist anymore??) or extract. They give a deliciously warm, aromatic and mellow flavour to the sponge and frosting 🤤

Tomorrow! 😄 very very excited to be joining The Food Assembly Market in Castletown Square tomorrow. Good morning cake eaters and appreciaters, happy Monday!
Last week was a busy one in TGM kitchen, here’s a little round up of what went on; cake, cake, more cake, lemon meringue pies and product photoshoot with the wonderful Sarah Sandford of Foodie Guide IOM and Ben Thornton of Print & Press. In between all this I also knocked up batches of raw peanut and chocolate flapjacks and chocolate and chia cookies. PHEW. Productivity game is strong 💪🏼
