It is very family friendly and the parking is alright. The drive thru is open 24/7 and it has public toilets

Good "McDonald's type" of food. Excellent chocolate cupcakes. Dining area is modern and practical. Space designated for children. Good car parking area.

It's a McDonalds so you know the deal. This one is very handily located in Douglas if you are traveling by car and looking for somewhere quick for a coffee or a bite to eat.

Decent food with reasonable price . Orders are processed very quick , due to the weather if the food is had in the restaurant and if taken out usually is cold by the time we have it . Staff are very courteous.

The only place on the island open 24 hours a day. Friendly and helpful staff. Sadly the mcflurry machine is often broken or not in use in the evening/night.

3.30 to 4pm is a good time to get in while it's quite quiet. I was served quickly and my order was correct. Food was a bit tepid, rarely get a hot burger. The chicken winter warmer was tasty, as were the cheese melts. The Christmas beef and cheese feast burger was pretty good, it was filling. The spiced cinnamon cookie latte was ok. Mcflurry ice-cream is always good, as long as you get enough fillings. I had the chocolate orange seeing as it's Christmas and it was very nice. Service was polite and it's always quite clean. Overall I'd give it a 4 today.

Only one on the island, nothing much else can be said. It is pretty normal in regards to a McDonalds. Not really got any other options for food similar in the area. In regards to the staff, they were fine and quite nice. Only problem is the time that it took, it could have been quicker.

Basically never expect the ice cream machine, milkshake machine, self service terminals or card machines to be working at any one time. When stuff it working it's good. Also at certain times of the week there is no access to public area, just drive through (really irritating cause they shut down one of the drive through areas so the traffic just builds instead of having one of the staff that just stand there and talk take orders.)

Good place with lots of seating available for individual as well as group and family. The food is also amazingly delicious. There are also touch screen kiosks if you wish not to stand in the queue for orders :)

It really shouldn't be that difficult; you've got an EPOS system worth thousands of pounds - order enough fries! And while you are at it, instruct staff to assemble the food with their hands rather than their feet (whilst wearing a blindfold).

McDonald's like anywhere else in the world, only more expensive. Nothing special, whoever goes there, knows what to expect. Some nice wraps in the menu.
