M&S are simply the best when it comes to food. Staff are a jolly bunch and always very helpful.

Bought a tin of biscuits with a beautiful owl design. The till assistant was able to tell me about the artist Jeremy Paul, which made it more special. Thank you.

The staff in m&s Douglas on the Isle of Man we absolutely wonderful when my mum had a fainting spell during her shopping trip. While one person went to grab the wheelchair, another dashed to get the nearest chair and stayed with her until she felt better. Mum really appreciated the kindness and time given by staff even though they were busy. (Plus we had a lovely cuppa in the cafe before heading home). Our thanks to the lovely staff in Douglas.

Marks and Spencer is a chain so the product quality is consistently good. The thing that can't be guaranteed from store to store is the quality of the staff. My experience of the Douglas store is pretty good. It's not 100% all of the time but usually is good.

Always well stocked with fresh produce. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Easy to park above the store and collect by car is simple. The store is spotless and the cafe/ restaurant, although at times rather noisy is good. Always a pleasure to shop.

Only one on the island - could be a lot better service.. The cafe service is SLOW. No such thing as a quick coffee - often a lot of staff be find counter & only 1 or 2 serving !

Friendly helpful staff and the usual M&S excellent quality, but I do find that the stock replenishment tends to happen in a very obvious way, completely blocking aisles and shelves in the food section (This has been on several occasions on different visits, at different times of the week). I appreciate stock has to be replaced but could you do it by taking up a bit less room or stocking one section at a time please?
