  Langton Cottage -A Manx Treasure
  We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Langton Cottage in Port St Mary, Isle of Man. Over the years we have stayed in many self-catering cottages and Langton Cottage is at the very top of our self-catering experiences.
  
  On arrival we received a fantastic Manx welcome from the owner, Kevin Sykes, which included a detailed tour of the house and equipment. We were left to enjoy a welcome pack of wine, tea/coffee, Manx cheese and biscuits and lots of information booklets and brochures to help plan our week's stay. The dog even had his own treatsas a result he was a good boy all week.
  
  The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped and comfortable. It is also fantastically well-located for numerous beautiful walks, running, sea-related activities and plenty of rock climbing/pooling which our 7 and 11 year olds loved. It is a perfect place to stay to visit the whole Island, but in particular the beautiful South. We all enjoyed coming back to Langton House at the end of each day.
  
  We would not hesitate to recommend the cottage and would love to visit again. Thank you for helping to make our stay on the South of the Island so memorable, Kevin.

  Spacious and well equipped cottage with views of the harbour. Great location and only a short walk from Port St Mary and the coastal path. Owner very helpful and particularly liked the welcome pack of wine and local cheeses.

  Our family of 5 adults spent a week in Langton Cottage in Sept 2016 and very much enjoyed it. The cottage is very well equipped, clean and comfortable, well located, and has a ground floor bedroom and WC if you have someone in your party who has trouble with stairs. Kevin Sykes, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly. The booking process went very smoothly, even from Canada.

  This cottage is lovely and in an ideal location. We have had a wonderful holiday and it the thoughtful little extra things which have helped to make this happen. There were 5 adults and a 15 month old in our party and we had everything we needed and much more. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.

  Excellent cottage; would recommend Langton Cottage to anyone visiting Isle of Man. Stunning cottage; beautifully decorated but comfortable & homely. All bedrooms are a great size, spacious living areas, extremely clean & well equipped. Stunning sea views to the rear & the gorgeous garden is a bonus. Very family friendly as high chair & cot are available. Well located for steam train & buses. Lots of leaflets & an information booklet are provided to help you plan a perfect holiday. The owner is very helpful & we were given a warm welcome. Cannot fault this cottage!

  We spent a very comfortable week in Langton Cottage, it was superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need during your holiday. Delightful waterside walks straight from the door, lots to watch in the harbour area and friendly locals to chat with. Easy parking, good internet connection, sun trap pretty garden and great views from the cottage. The Welcome Pack we found on our arrival was a very thoughtful touch. We were sorry indeed to have to leave.

  Langton Cottage is a beautifully decorated, well thought out, very well presented home from home. It is in a lovely position overlooking the bay. Kevin really thought of everything, guide books, games, magazines, it was really well equipped for whatever the weather. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we've had a lovely week.
