Great selection of wildlife, nice open spaces, fun stuff for kids as well as adults, great on a nice day but still good on a lesser day (weather wise)

The park is quaint and lovely. Peaceful and a good day out for the kids. This review does not include the cafe The animals seem happy and healthy you usually see something in most viewings and there is always the play areas if the animals are not feeling like showing themselves.

Went Mid February. Kids loved it wasn't too busy which suited us. Nice to see the animals living freely. Soft play, bouncing pillow and playground was also great. Food was reasonably priced too :)

Really enjoyed our visit. Great fun for kids of all ages, they have lots of animals to see along with mini railway ride (summer only) adventure playgrounds, small petting huts.
Cafe has a great location over looking the lake full of flamingo!
Animals just walking arround the place you can get quite close up.
Highly recommend a visit for anyone coming to the island.

We all had a lovely day. Enjoyed the penguins and the flamingos next to the cafe. Beautiful views of the sourouding hills. Was impressed with the two large parks for the children and the indoor softplay. There was also a sandpit with a bouncy pillow was good fun.
I did like to see the monkeys were free to jump around the little islands but the rivers.
    Overall a good day out.

A great day out with the family, great access by bus or free carpark, entry prices are great too. There are a wide range of small animals, new play areas, a great cafe! Toilets in two locations, full pram and wheelchair access, there is also a miniature train on sundays and holidays

The park has a good restaurant that does generous meals, sandwiches, drinks and burgers. The animals are in spacious enclosures that recreate their natural habitat. There are walk through enclosures that offer the visitor a wide range of experiences with the animals rather than looking at them in a cage. The staff at the park always have a smile on their face and are happy to help. The park is well sign posted off of the main road and is well worth a visit.
