Fantastic improvements reported by my clients, improved flexibility, strength, increased energy and endurance which means their Active Daily Living has improved.

Whatever you choose to do,make sure you keep on being active and exercise. It is the best gift you can give yourself.

This doesn’t mean doing something you don’t like, exercise comes in many guises. Other feedback I have had is that it is fun and social aspect increases self esteem and gives a great feel good factor.

    EXERCISES WORKS!

It is so important to keep moving! Use the gym, do classes, one to ones, go with a gym buddy or you can walk, cycle, jog, swim or play badminton, tennis, bowls, golf, hockey, kayaking etc The thing is inactivity increases your risk of diseases and conditions.

From the age of 30 you lose 8%of your strength(muscles) for every decade. So by the time you are 80 you have approx 40%less strength. This can lead to falls and dramatically reduces your metabolic rate. THE GOOD NEWS IS YOU CAN STOP THIS BY STRENGTH EXERCISE. All my classes include strength exercises and Fridays body conditioning specifically targets all over body strength. We use resistance bands and dumbbells. Suitable for all See you there 😊👍🏻💪🏻
