I came with two of my friends for my birthday, the place is nice but the massage was way too gentle even when I asked to make it harder. Once I told reception that I am not satisfied they said that they can’t help me and that’s the way they work. That’s very poor customer service. It’s over priced and not worth the money.

My partner had a very disappointing experience - it felt as if her therapist was bored, unenthusiastic and not professional. My treatment was good but after paying over 800 ILS we feel ripped off. Nothing but tea was offered as compensation 😡

Worst treatment I’ve ever had. The therapist was bored, not professional and didn’t touch any muscle. My partner’s therapy was perfect and I was so jealous 🤦🏻♀️
