I can only speak on behalf of my experiences, but I will start by saying I pay for tax services because I do not want the frustration of doing them myself and I don't want to make any mistakes. When dealing with this office I have had nothing by growing frustration toward the staff. I have found the office to be completely unresponsive to emails takings days and weeks to respond, I've had problems that the office assured me they would remedy, and then turn it around to me implying I should have fixed it myself. Perhaps incorrectly, I do feel that if I am paying for a service, they should help to work on my behalf. I will not be using their services again.
