Absolutely friendly staff always willing to help you. You can ask them whatever you need and they will be eager to help you, give you any kind of advice. Great location in the centre, around 200 metres far from the well located parking place and the huge market, from where you follow the road directly to the Old Jerusalem. It takes you around 15 minutes. Public transport stopslocated very nearby. Great and clean rooms with all the facilities you need ! Views on the city and Thank you for such a lovely atmosphere ! The best place to stay in Israel!

This company and its manager Elissa Siegel is a lier. They do not treat people polite and they are lack of patience and kindness. I think they should really close down.

We stayed here during the last week of December 2013. What a lovely apartment and a fantastic location. The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the Jaffa Gate, 2 minutes to the market and the light rail stop is just out the door. The staff of the management company is right in the building which couldn't have been more convenient. I highly recommend Windows.
