I am used to buying every so often various things from this store. Recently they let me down a couple of times, particularly by not taking seriously my complaint on defect. I will double check other options next time I need to get goods. I hope they'll fix this attitude.

Its a good shop if one cannot plan ahead one's purchases. Variety and prices cannot be benchmarked with any real US establishments like REI
