Beautiful place with great facilities and friendly staff. Enjoyed acfamily weekend. Gfeat breakfest. Bring anti musquitos for the outdoor.

I requested an extra bed for a child by email never got a response when i arrived i was told it will cost 10$ extra when i looked at my receipt i was charged 30$ instead of 30 shekel and i was charged vat although i made it clear i was a tourist when i asked them they said they will refund me never happened

Tried their spa and was really disappointing. Nothing worked - they have jakuzi that was too cold and it works for only 2 minutes and then you need to push the button to turn it again. The sauna is very small for 2 people top- and usually there are much more in the spa so you need to wait. No closed pool.
Everything looks like it falling apart- the building of the spa was closed with plastic sheets. part of the chairs were broken.
The people are really nice but I was expecting for more.
