I ordered 2 engagement rings from Vidar Jewellery via Facebook. The customer service was amazing and the jeweller Rob always responded to my questions very promptly. Rob always kept me up to date on the progress of the rings and was also flexible with the payment plans. When the rings arrived I was super happy with how they looked. The quality of the jewellery is beautiful and the rings were even nicer in real life than I had expected. The rings came in beautiful light up boxes and also came with a laminated appraisal which I thought was excellent. Will definitely be having rings made with Vidar jewellery again in the future, this jeweller will forever be my go to place to have any jewellery made.

I love how fast they got back to me. Rob listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was super professional and very detailed. Always willing to work with the customer and making them feel as comfortable as possible!! Super easy payment plans and always communicating with me every step of the way. The ring is absolutely amazing definitely exceeded my expectations and he brought my vision to life!! I cant wait to post a picture when I receive it in the mail!! I just received my ring from DHL. It looks absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. I am actually stunned on how perfect it turned out. I also can't believe it got here within 2 days (all the way from Israel). The ring box with the light inside really made the presentation look first class. The lamented authenticity paperwork was also a nice touch. I can honestly say that you have provided me with the best customer service that I've ever had. You responded to all of my emails promptly and courteously (even though I was being a little O.C.D. about the ring's details). You answered all of my questions and reassured me that every detail about how I wanted my ring to look was going to be carried out exactly how I wanted it to be. You gave me very good advice on what size stones to use (and you were right). I couldn't be happier with the masterpiece of a ring that you designed for me. I will be contacting you in the near future to have you create a wedding ring for my future wife. Thank you again for making this whole process extremely easy for me. We are extremely pleased with the wedding rings purchased from Vidar Jewelry in Israel. We live in Canada and the whole process was relatively easy, thanks to Roi Avidar. There were no issues with money, shipping or customer service. Vidar Jewelry is a first class operation and produces excellent quality workmanship. Our wedding rings are unique, exquisite and exactly what we envisioned. I ordered a custom wedding ring for my husband from Vidar Jewelry. I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction, from initial contact to finished product. Rob was with me every step of the way. He sent me digital sketches of my initial idea, then quickly sent updated sketches of my revised request.Once the ring was finished, I received shipping updates every day & it was delivered directly to my door by a DHL courier. The ring is PERFECT. The craftsmanship is superb, the diamonds sparkle, it's masculine & a bit fancy all at the same time. It's exactly what I wanted for my husband after our 22 yrs of marriage, and he loves it. He keeps holding it up & admiring it in the light. Speaking of light--the ring came in a beautiful wooden box w/ a tiny spotlight! I highly recommend this shop; they do exceptional work with exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I purchased a black gold ring from them and when I received it was chrome black gold. The quality of the coating was poor and I was very disappointed. The pictures on the site are inaccurate. WARNING !!!!! He doesn't accept returns. Even when he will tell you different. Don't waste your time and money on this nonprofessional jeweler. Take your money and buy American and local so if you have any issues they are right there to take it up with.

I contacted Vidar Jewelry after I found the perfect wedding band for my fiance on their website. I asked for the center stone to be changed from a diamond to a sapphire. Roi, the owner, contacted me within a few hours and indicated that the stone could be changed. I decided to purchase the ring. The price was very reasonable and 30-50% cheaper than most places I found. Roi sent us computer renderings of the ring and also images of the center stone so we could ensure we liked the color. I also sent him pictures of a ring I found and asked him if he could customize another ring. He said he could and quoted me a variety of prices based on gems and ring material. I had numerous questions which Roi always answered in a timely fashion and was always very patient while I took the time to decide. During the process, he sent me several more computer generated renderings ensuring that it looked like what I expected. It wasn’t an “exact” duplicate, but it was beautiful and very close to the pictures I sent.

He shipped the rings together free Express Mail. Vidar Jewelry is located in Israel so expect some delayed responses only due to the time difference, but you should expect a response within no more than 24 hours (sometimes a little longer over the weekends – not always). Usually, I’d email him in the evenings, and I’d have a reply early in the morning the next day. I did take some risk ordering online from a vendor outside the US, but the prices were so good and designs so superior we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. Our rings came in, and they are so beautiful. My fiancé’s ring is exactly what he wanted, and he is very happy with it. My ring is dainty and lovely. I’m glad I trusted Roi to make us our perfect custom rings. From start to finish the entire process of first contact to delivery of our custom rings took about a month. Thank you, Roi!

This husband and wife duo are amazing! They were able to create a custom wedding band to match a beautiful engagement ring from their site. Black gold with a stunning sapphire, it's truly better than anything I could have envisioned myself. Roi was always great at keeping in contact with me and answered any question I had promptly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to wear a lovely art piece, I honestly don't think I could sing their praises enough.

Initially Roi was great. He was responsive and said all the right things. I was concerned with placing my wedding bands with a company out of the United States. What would we do if there was an issue with the rings? His response was I could send then to his Los Angeles store and they would handle any issue. One ring came with the Halmark stamp pressed all the way through the gold and one diamond slipped in the setting. I was forced to send it back to Israel to be repaired. The ring never cleared customs and was returned. I haven't been able to get a response from Roi since in eight months. Further, I was promised the diamond certificates for both rings and to this day, eight months later, still nothing. I am looking at for a local jeweler to repair the ring, but at an additional cost. One would think that at rings individually valued at near $6000.00 he would stand behind his warranty. Very disappointing!

I'm so happy that I found Vidar Jewelry! They're a family run business who excels in customer service as well as beautiful designs. I wanted a classic white gold solitaire engagement ring with some small vintage detailing. This ring is the most beautiful piece I've ever seen!! I can't wait for future anniversaries to wear more designer jewelry from Vidar. Simply the best!
