    Be aware, no reccomendation!
We booked a tour and it was cancelled by Tourist Israel before it started. We did not get a full refund, due to their doubtful policy in the small print. Just to be clear: THEY cancelled the tour, not us. Very dubious and shady company. Booking there equals loosing money. Be aware.

We went on a private 3 day and 2 night tour of Petra that departed from Eilat. It was an outstanding experience. We were overwhelmed by the amazing stone structures that have withstood the ravages if time. Our tour included a number of fascinating sites in Jordan but Petra is the crown jewel. We highly recommend this trip and this tour company

Very fun tour. Not for "Older" people. You need a sense of adventure and willingness to cllimb in and out of a truck in the desert. Jordan is not the US. It is different culture. If you like different and are open to experience life in a different way, this is AWESOME. This tour to Petra and to Wadi RUM were major highlights of our trip. Loved our tour guide and the chance to "hangout" with the Bedouins and experience their hospitality.

One day Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Dead Sea trip. Good way to see multiple sights in a short time, but poor organization and professionalism from Tourist Israel.

To start, the Jerusalem tour was excellent for the time allotted! Will have to come back to . However, everything after the Jerusalem part was below the standard I’d expected.

On the drive to Bethlehem, the bus driver was yelling into his phone the entire time. Literally yelling very loudly, something also commented on by other passengers. When we finally arrived to Bethlehem, the bus driver had some difficulty connecting with our tour guide, calling him and yelling at him twice before the tour guide found the bus. Then the bus took us to a store to shop for 15-20 minutes. We then went to the Church of the Nativity and looked around for - I kid you not - less than 10 minutes. We then went to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Food was good and service quick. However, I would have much preferred to spend more time in Bethlehem itself, seeing multiple smaller shops instead of one very large touristy one. It’s blatantly obvious to me that the stops were engineered to line the pockets of the tour agency’s friends, since there was no freedom to choose where we shopped and ate. I would’ve liked more time in Bethlehem but understand that this tour was not an in-depth exploration - but even a little more freedom would have been nice.

The saga continues when we met with the bus driver to go to the Dead Sea. There were a couple of people that were slow in getting to the bus, so the driver took it upon himself to yell at the people present that every minute we wasted here was time lost at the Dead Sea - which is fair but we can’t help where the other people are. The bus driver had no idea that the tour guide was coming with us, and was rather disrespectful to him. When we arrived the tour guide was trying to tell us when and where to meet, and the bus driver kept trying to talk over him with tips about applying mud to our skin. The Dead Sea visit itself was nice and we had plenty of time to spend in the water and shop.

The final twist to this tale came when we headed back to the bus. Our small group was led outside by the driver only to find another group on our bus. We had no idea where they came from, but must’ve been with tourist Israel. Our guide was nowhere to be seen, only the guide of this other group. The other guide told everybody that our bus was only returning to Jerusalem and not Tel Aviv. He was corrected by the bus driver. Then our guide showed up and told us the same thing - that this bus was only returning to Jerusalem. He had to be corrected by the driver as well.

In short, this tour was a good way to see multiple attractions but the organizing was severely lacking. Clear example of friends helping friends with the store and lunch, poor communication between driver and guide, and lack of professionalism from the driver severely marred the experience overall.

Me and my friend got the 1 day tour to Cairo and the pyramids from Eilat. We enjoyed our trip, everything was done right. Of course, there is a long bus ride between Eilat and Cairo on a not so good road but it's something out of Tourist Israel Tours control and they can't do anything about it. Doing the ride in night, we were able to get a little sleep.
About the tour WOW, we enjoyed the pyramids, sphinx and museum so much. Our guide was dedicated, was very good in her explanations and helped us negotiate with the souvenirs sellers. We had lunch on a barge on the Nil, what more can i say?
On my next visit to Israel, i will take the Petra tour with them!
