Really good spa. I liked the Japanese bath before the massage and the masseuse was the best. Really professional.

The best spa I have ever been. They take care of every detail, from heating the bed and towels to the perfect temperature, to the music and smells. And of course, their therapies are very professional.

If we could give this place minus stars. We would.
What terrible customer service, what a terrible massage and just a terrible overall experience.
We complained about many elements from initial meet with the secretary to the message and now the service we are receiving about our complaint.
You have no respect for your spa and absolutely no respect for your customers.
You did not do what you promised. You did not give me the additional treatment we paid for. Paid for 15 minutes extra time each and you only gave us 8. You owe me my money! You should refund me this as this is called STEALING.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA.]
the following day we went to a great spa in tel aviv which was great and made up for this horrible experience.

Great little getaway in the middle of the city. Always nice, welcoming and pleasent. Special massage types, and professional therapists in reasonable prices.

ספא בסגנון יפני, מעסים מאד מקצועיים- מגוון רחב של טיפולים ! במקום יש מקלחות ושירותים, מגבות וחלוקים, נעלי בית חד פעמיים, אמבט חם ואווירה נעימה להגיע ופשוט להירגע. מומלץ.
