Pls take note: the Main exhibition is CLOSED and under renovation till 2019.
The rest parts are good to visit as well.
Interesting place with temporary exhibitions. Every time you can find something new
Excellent!! Very worthwhile. The heroes exhibition was excellent for my 10-12 year olds.
Arrived at 7 pm, half an hour before it closes, the staff was extremely kind and generous to let me in for free. Very big museum and definitely worth a visit if you're learning Jewish history or interested in it. Expect to spend at least two hours here.
Reviewing this museum is difficult. It is very complete and as a tourist, I learned many things dealing with the history of the Jewish people.
However the state of the museum is very bad. You have the feeling that the museum hasn't changed since the 80s! That would not be a problem if this had not consequences on the quality of the visit. But it has! Many panels are unreadable. Some computers or headphones are at disposal, but many of them are destroyed so one can't use them
It's a shame, because otherwise the theme and organization are original.
Anyway, I think that for more than 40 shekels, one could hope for a more renovated structure.
Interesting, educational and can not be isolated from the experience of visiting the Tel Aviv University campus.
Regarding the museum itself: a small part of it is in a newer area and is great but the rest is in a state that needs to be urgently upgraded and renovated to meet modern standards.
A fascinating museum. Information about the history of the Jewish people in all periods
After 30 years, undergoing a major renovation. So far wonderfully successful.
Great museum with lots to see. Has a great art collection and a large judicia section. Great place to visit for a day. Best museum in the country. Very interesting and I would highly recommend going to check it out.
Good expositions and nice price too.
You can see examples of many synagogues from many parts of the world.
Went to a convention there, big and fancy facility. Was at a gallery there also, nice art exhibitions. Has great restrooms if students of campus want a better experience 😜
