  Waiting time is unbelievable. Service level is simply bad.

  Agency:
  I have been thinking about writing this for a while now, they are absolutely not worth your time. Go to another agency if you are thinking about buying a Skoda. They flooded me with misinformation and hidden the truth even though I asked for the information. You will find no honesty there.
  Garage:
  They do not return to my calls, they are angry and inefficient and tell you one thing but do the other. I am writing this while I still have my car and warranty, I wonder what they will do once it expires. I will need to start giving them black stars or something probably.
  You can also not get to the train station from there, they provide a carpool from the garage to Herzliya train station only on Mondays and Thursdays but it took me 40 minutes to get there (they picked people on the way) and also the driver drove like crazy and the car did not have head support which was scary. I was actually scared for my life. I should report them to the police not on Goole maps.
  I will be switching to another Skoda garage soon, hope it will be better.

  Dont buy from them, go to other dealership , these people are liars, they will bever give you what was promised and never return your calls, and also they tried sign me none relative documens.
