  Waited a half hour to get the car. Returning is also slow. Terrible customer service. The few times I've rented with Sixt they always try to charge me a different rate than my reservation.
  Always go with Eldan - great service, great cars, great prices.

  Chaotic office with mediocre service. Our car was quite old and beat up. When we rented they were out of booster seats for our kids.

  In August '17 I ordered Opel Corsa for rent for several days. When in their office I was proposed Nissan Micra that is 25cm shorter and 8cm narrower car with much smaller luggage compartment. All my attempts to get the proper car were refused by the customer service pretending that Micra is "the same category car" as Corsa.
  Micra that I received was in pretty poor condition with strange sounds in the engine compartment during acceleration, tons of scratches and hits all around, dirty inside and with its front bumper fixed to the body by set of external screws.
  My request to provide me another car with better "health" condition was also refused because they had no other car available.
  I could easily imagine to get such car in the middle of nowhere in Africa but in Israel? In one of the biggest car rental companies? I simply could not believe this...
  I do not recommend to rent cars here.
  Two weeks before this case I rented a car from Eldan that is located in 300m from Shlomo Sixt and was quite happy with their car and customer service there. Go there instead!

  Good, and not expansive place to rent a car in Beer Sheva.
  A little far from public transportation and therefore requires a taxi to get to and from the place.
  When it is busy the service may ve a little slow. But overall good service.

  Best car rental in Israel. Available all around the country, affordable rental. Credit card is necessary but the service is really good.

  A malfunctioned car was delivered and was broken during the weekend. Plans had been cancelled due to that - Costumer service keeps ignoring, full charge has been made - Not recommended at all.

  Car was not ready, had to wait for them to find a car at all, then they had to wash it and gas it and... It was 12 years old with 80000km, all scretched and dusty.
