Run away from this company. The worst service in the world

It is very hard to find the entrance and were to return the car. Better sign posting would be very nice. Still, people (maybe except for at the desk) were nice and patient and let me take the car for 20 more minutes as I forgot to fuel it up.

First of all this Sixt cannot get a 1* because their prices are so low.
However, I fully understand why. First of all I got a very old poorly maintained Nissan Almera. It made a lot of noise and it had difficulties to drive on the Israeli roads. Nevertheless he made it to the end.
When I returned I fueled the car completely. However the dashboard indicated that it was not full yet. So they wantes to charge me $12 for every liter missing. Of course I did not accept it and I went to another petrol station myself. There they gave me the prove that is was full.
All good in the end, but the assistents from the "service" desk were very rude. Also they seemed not very happy to speak English and did not want to help me at all.
Bad experience. Less Sixt for sure.response / report this review -

Scam alertWhat they tell over the phone it's not what they say over the counter.The representative try to Upsale by 1300 shekals on the overall very unpleasant service super expansive.
