OMG! This tour was exceptional! I’ve done dozens of walking tours and this one led by HADAR was in my top 3 ever. She was so cool. Knowledgeable, funny, kind, very aware of everyone around and the connections of the city. Make sure you request her as your tour guide. You will be very pleased 😀

The guided walking tour around Yafo was very informative and very entertaining, I really enjoyed the tour and learnt a lot of both history and culture from our guide, she was great! I highly recommend this tour!

It was a great walking tour with our guide AVI, great guy! Very knowledgeable, fun and enthusiastic with the whole group. The tour lasted 2.5 hours and he took us through the Old Jaffa and the main attractions of the city and its wonderful history. I would totally recommend to have this tour as soon as you arrive Tel Aviv!

● I joined the tour in January 2020. The weather alert showed " Warning of FLOODING in Tel Aviv" on that day. I don't understand why the tour company didn't cancel the tour in advance.
When meeting up, the rain was very heavy. There were puddles everywhere. The road has become river. There was flood run down the stairs as well. The tourist guide still decided to lead the people to walk into the rain. The group was too long to find out where the other people were.
As the rain was too heavy to walk, the group was brought to arcade afterward. Waiting for about 30 minutes, there was no sign that the rain would become smaller. The guide made the decision that he wanted to continue the tour. Those people who didn't want to continue were abandoned in a place where was neither safe nor familiar to them.
If the guide checked the weather forecast in advance, why he hasn't prepare another plan for raining?

(1)很難理解導遊為了賺小費把參加者的安全和信任丟在一旁的決定。
(2)導遊應該有提早查看天氣狀況，如果已經知道會下暴雨，難道沒有準備雨天備案嗎?
我在2020年1月份參加導覽，當天整個海法地區發佈暴雨洪水黃色預警，但我不懂為什麼導覽公司沒有事先通知參加導覽的人這樣的天氣狀況，並且取消當天的導覽。
當天早上在集合時很明顯雨已經非常大，而且每個地方都在積水，馬路上都是河流，還有從階梯上沖下來滾滾洪水，但導遊還是堅持帶著一群人往雨中走，整個30多人的隊伍拉得很長，幾乎看不到前方的人在哪裡。
後來因為雨實在太大，參加者被帶到一處不是很乾淨的橋下等待，大概等了將近半小時，雨勢看起來並不會變小，導遊做的決定是「他要在暴雨中繼續走導覽，想要跟的人就跟來，不想跟的人自己找路回去」。當時我們處在低漥的地方，回去的路跟向上走的路都嚴重積水或已成河道，根本找不到安全的路，不想走導覽的人等於被拋棄在一個既不熟悉又不安全的狀態中。response / report this review -

I’ve joined this tour after a very good experience in Valencia with another operator.
The Sandemans Tour in Tel Aviv was way too large in group size. 30 people per Tourguide is too much. It seemed they do not limit the number of guests per tour as other operators would do.
I dropped out of the tour within the first 10 minutes.response / report this review -

Really informative tour with information ranging from Napoleon to the Disciples to an orange tree planted in a sculpture. Add to that a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who interacted brilliantly with the group and as you'll guess I had an excellent morning. Thanks Stav.
