Dirty looks old rooms with ligts off one of the elevators not working while hotel were full.. gym under renovation etc etc

Room was very old and poorly maintained, air conditioner /heater was noisy throughout the night . Bed sheets had considerable amount of wear on them. Tbe hot water flow from taps was not constant. Lift was also very slow and old, not up to the job of serving the 9 floors of the hotel.This hotel certainly needs a renovation.

Me and my friends visited the hotel for 3 days and we had really good time great rooms , great view , close to the sea , the food was really beyond my imagine very big variety and delicious cakes at the dinner , we really had a good time and the staff was great so thanks for all royal plaza tiberias !

Stay away! You have been warned. Rude staff, outdated hotel, terrible food, terrible service. And worst of all, it is severely overpriced. Most of the positive reviews for this hotel must be by the hotel or they pay a company to continually post positive reviews to negate the bad reviews. There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel. The dining room is in a basement with low ceilings, and people are crammed into a small space. I have been to university cafeterias that are quieter and cleaner. The owners should be ashed of themselves to run such a place. They are no better than thieves posing as hotel owners.

Nice hotel, the food is good and the staff were friendly, I didn't like the location. The hotel is old (furniture, elevator). The swimming pool was great.

Nice location, but some issues with rooms. Non-working fan in bathroom, somewhat outdated rooms. Still a fairly nice hotel with friendly staff, and a good breakfast/dinner buffet with very good food.

This hotel was disgusting!!! The entire place was covered in HUGE bugs (both dead and alive) to the point where there were some climbing out of the mattresses. Awful service. Mysterious stains were everywhere. The floors smelled vial. The pictures featured on here look NOTHING like the hotel. Only stay here if you absolutely have to. I would give this a zero rating but the food is mediocre. Will not ever stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN! Awful hotel. Rude service. Smell of some kind of rot is every where. When You ask for another towel - they answering you "Like why we should give you another towel? Maybe you just wanna steal it" Shame on you hotel owners. It is not a part of Israel that i use to know!

Hotel is situated in a nice place, however the surrounding area can do with a clean up. Breakfast was good and much to choose from. Value for money, however looks somewhat "tired" in some places

The entire place smelled of laundry soap so strongly that my eyes were stinging moments after walking in to the lobby. The sheets smelled so strongly that I had to take an extra shower to get the smell off my body, and since I was stuck there for a couple days, I had to buy and use my own sheets. If strong chemical odors bother you at all, I would avoid this place.

I stayed here for two nights in January. We loved our room- it was very comfortable and spacious, and the views were beautiful. We had a corner room with windows to both the Sea of Galilee and the city. The shore is only a few minutes walk away.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a wide variety of options; all very tasty! (Also- the dessert displays were lovely.)
The staff was very friendly and patient. To supplement this: I accidentally left my glasses there, contacted the hotel once I had returned home, and they mailed them to me! I am very grateful and cannot thank them enough for this.response / report this review -

Our room was small and the cleaning service a bit inconsistent, but overall a decent place to stay. Best part for me about the Royal Plaza was the welcoming restaurant staff and the variety of the buffet. As gluten- and dairy-free, I found their buffet perfect for me. It was fresh, seasoned well and I had no digestive issues. Be sure to say hi to Ismail, Roza and Ibrahim.
