Stayed at the Ramada suites in mid February. I have to say the common areas in this hotel need some serious updating. The hallways were not at all that clean. Some people in our tour group found that simple items,such as toilet, had not been replaced after the rooms had been cleaned for the day. I found this to be a surprise given the fact we were at a Remada hotel.

If i would have the option of rating this a 6 star review, I most definitely would. What a beautiful experience I had and the credit absolutely goes to the staff- They were efficient, kind, friendly and so helpful. Oh, and that lavish breakfast in the morning.and the scenic view..thank you guys for the wonderful service you offered, I can't wait to be back!!

Definitely room for improvement. Unlike any hotel I have seen, you cannot a make a reservation at the desk- if you wish to book a room for the night you must take the elevator downstairs to the offices and request a reservation before returning upstairs to finish at a check-in desk that seemed poorly run. Oddly enough, while the usual signs about towels were posted in the bathroom, the room did not have any towels. I had to go and request them myself and when the towels arrived they were thin/cheap (which I don't necessarily mind, but unacceptable when you are paying this much.) The room was gorgeous, balcony could use updating but was still lovely and right on the beach. Room layout was especially nice. A few upgrades and this would be a great hotel.

I think one of the best hotels in Netanya. Rooms are big with separate bedroom. Nice SPA with good fitness club.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious apartments. Food was abundant and varied. The hotel was busy and seemed like they cater to groups. The pool and surrounding area are convenient and fun. All in all a good experience.
The ocean is just across the street, and there is a boardwalk on which one can walk north and south along the beach.

Excellent location. The room was spotless with great Wi-Fi no matter where you were in the hotel. Room was well furnished and well supplied. With lots of extra special touches. Breakfast in the morning was really a slice of heaven.

Received our room very late but were compensated with an upgrade. Suite on 16th flr with 2 balconies one very large. Allowed is to retain roomfor longer next day because baby was sleeping. Only complaint about suite was the issue of only 1 toilet for 5 adults. Food excellent.

The view from the hotel is amazing, but there is no beach/sea access near the hotel. There is a cliff and it is cordened off.
The decor of the hotel is bit dated, but otherwise clean and working.
The breakfast was good, many options freshly made.

First off let me state that the staff here always are very friendly welcoming and attentive. The views of the ocean are incredible and the location is very nice. That said the rooms are hit or miss in terms of maintenance. I had leaks, broken lights, broken fridge, broken door that had me locked in for 20 minutes. Maintenance staff seem disinterested and are not very helpful even at times questioning my service requests. I would certainly recommend this hotel and i will likely stay there again but be warned you can end uo with some headaches.
