Lo and behold, the BEST Israeli Breakfast I have had in the course of my 2 months in Israel so far (and I have had a lot). This one comes with homemade bread, and holds both sweet and savory components like jam, cream cheese, avocado, olives, tuna, and a halva spread which is to die for (and it's all included in the price). Their iced coffee is also great and I will definitely come back to try their cakes.
The only downside is that this place is closed on Shabbat and that breakfast is served only until noon

Best bakery in down. Offers a standard (but delicious) menu, in addition to salads and sandwiches. Pastries are special and amazing!

This place is excellent. The decor isn't the best, and it isn't cheap, but damn is the breakfast amazing. Come on Friday, when they have the full breakfast menu on, since on a regular day you only get two options. Also remember it's NIS40 ($12) order per person minimum. Still worth it.
