  נרשמתי ללימודי תואר שני בחודש מאי אשתקד, שלמתי סך של 5000 שקלים דמי הרשמה+תשלום ראשון של שכר לימוד, לצערי, הודעתי כבר בחודש ספטמבר כי הורי מאושפזים במצב קשה מאוד בבית חולים, מבקשת החזר כספי. הצגתי אישורים מתאימים בזמן, עד היום חצי שנה לאחר הודעתי, אני מקבלת תשובה חוזרת "לא התקיימה ועדת חריגים עדיין" היתכן?????
