Great place, it's wonderful to visit especially on a cool day, when it's not too hot.
There's plenty to do for kids, after every other corner along the site's trail, there is a playground of a certain scale. In the middle of the compound there's a huge playground.
Every spot along the trail, has tables and benches for picnics, and small kiosks with snacks, food amd beverages and ice cream. At the entrance /exit there's a small restaurant with a small but nice selection of vegi food options, suitable mainly for children, such as corn Schnitzel, falafel, fries etc.
Great place to take kids to .
The park is in really bad shape every thing is old and not maintained at all, the only reason going their is for there good cause of rescuing the animals.
I must eay that the monkeys themselves were not the main attraction when i visited here with my kids. The playgrounds and Jimbori were much more fun. Many of the cages were empty and on others we did not manage to see the monkyes.
We spent 3 hours, most playing.
Really nice experience. The foundation takes in monkeys from petting zoos and the former farms and cares for them.
The main idea of park is great thats why 2 stars , but there is no animals to see. A few of them were close to us, all others too far or not even presents.
Children didnt like it, price is too high.
Monkey park is not for profit, but icecream 14 nis, really??
Not recommended, not comming back there.
Nice place for a family outing, has a nice play area as where you can sit and have lunch.
This is not the park that you think. Really neglected. Everything is old and looks terrible. For the price asked (48 nis pp) there are better options in Israel. You barely see the monkies. Beside the last attraction when you come close to the little guys, it was really a disappointment.
It was a good, fun tour.
Good for children, but not gorilla's, orangutans and chimpanzee
Very nice place to visit with young kids & family at all. Great opportunity to spend day in a weekend there. Great atmosphere.
Very nice place, with authentic atmosphere, ran mostly by volunteers. Heartwarming to see the monkeys and the apes cared well and feeling good. Not a real zoo, but more a park to take a walk in the shadow watching these creatures - some of them close and personal, without cages and fences, and also let the kids play monkeys too - there are a few playgrounds, some of them are pretty good.
Perfect for kids. Staff is very kind and professional. Requiredcus on fecility improvement.
Great staff doing an amazing job rehabilitating monkeys
Nice monkey zoo and park. Very educative for the kids, with some playgrounds and places to be very close the monkeys. There are no apes, but it very clean, good signs and guides are wonderful. However, go only in fall/winter/spring since there are hardly any shaded areas and could get very hot.
