I purchased shoes through Susan on 15/9. The shoes were due within 3 business days and finally arrived on 15/9 - but not the shoes I ordered. Since that day, the messenger is waiting to replace the shoes with another pair I chose because I did not think about the option of canceling the deal. In the meantime, my bill was charged NIS 299 including shipping and the shoes have not been replaced yet. I requested 19/9 today that when the messenger arrives he will take the shoes and that he will not bring me the shoe I ordered by default. The deal unless you charge handling and shipping fees even though I was sent shoes I did not order. Susan's kind attitude is a look Ask for correspondence that the courier is out and will come today but not so. Requests a shipping fee for shoes at the top of the site states that the price includes shipping. We do not recommend purchasing at the mikai store.
