  Canceled an appointment at the last minute, did call to notify but did not leave a message when I did not answer. When I arrived it did not seem to move them anything and some clerk gave me really bad advice on how to move on from there and still get an urgent appointment for the next two days. If I had not listened to her I would probably have already gotten a turn but she does not seem to care at all

  The hallucinatory place. For three months I have been trying to make an appointment with a doctor. Each time set a date and then call to postpone. I was able to determine a medic. It was a double queue that took more than two months between queues. I have no idea how the doctors. I did not reach them . I only came across clerks. Terrible service.

  It is not this clinic that is extorting money from an innocent client who is forced to turn to them for help. Extremely poor service, doctors find imaginary diseases to make you pay more, long queues of weeks and months. They postpone appointments online so that you pay in advance for the appointment or are referred to "first aid" each time without any medical justification because every first aid visit costs no money. You will never be able to talk to a doctor on the phone. In short they are not interested in people and their troubles only money, money money !!!

  סניף מכבי דנט חיפה שנמצא במרכז חורב!
  הגעה בתחבורה ציבורית בצורה נוחה וחנייה מקורה בתוך הקניון 🚇🚗
  הסניף תמיד נקי מסודר והצוות בו מקסים אדיב וסבלני. החל מפקידות הקבלה, הסייעות ורופאי השיניים!
  לעיתים זמני ההמתנה לקבלה לטיפול ארוכים מהרגיל ולכן מומלץ להאריך זמן טיפול בין מטופל למטופל וכך למנוע זאת .
  
  ד''ר יולאן וקס רופא השיניים שלי איש מרגיע חיובי ומקסים!
  סניף זה יכול להוות דוגמא על התנהלות שירותית מצויינת !

  השינניות מקצועיות ועיניניות מאוד, אולם פקידות הקבלה אינן מיטיבות לתת שירות בלשון המעטה.. אין בקבלה מערכת תורים מסודרת והן נותנות הרגשה רעה שמפריעים להן
  בזאת אין כל שינוי משנים רעות קודמות.

  אם זה היה תלוי במכבידנט, היתי עוזב את מכבי בכלל. נותנות השירות הכי אנטיפטיות שנתקלתי בהן מזה זמן רב.
  וזה לא חוויה חד פעמית.
  פעם חשבתי שמנהלת שלהם אכפת
  טעיתי
  גם לה לא אכפת
  מעניין למה רפואה פרטית כל כך מצליחה
  וזה לפני השיח על איכות, זמני המתנה
  (איך בה שאני תמיד ממתין, בין אם הגעתי בזמן או לא?)

  חמישים על חמישים שתחכו שעות גם אם הגעתם בזמן לתור. היום מקרה מגעיל במיוחד - הגעתי ב- 08:40 לתור של 09:00 ובסוף יצאתי ב-11:00 בלי טיפול.
