  Waiting for over half an hour for a simple takeaway order, and had a dead fly in my orange juice (which was replaced). In both cases no compensation was offered.

  I'm not sure what was worse, the service or the food, but the combination of both is terrible.

  The food is pretty good as far as salads go, BUT:
  
  The service is incredibly slow: it took them almost 30 minutes to bring us salads (cold ones, than need almost no preparation), when the place was almost empty. (This happened more than once).
  
  Today, when we got here, out table was dirty. We asked for napkins to clean it, but they said that they'll clean it themselves. After 5 minutes we went to also again (due to them not coming), they got mad at us for asking again. After 20 minutes, the table is still dirty.
  
  Not coming here again.

  Something wrong with this brunch. I love other love eats.
