Michal and Noa are the best people I ever met in any hotel I visited in my 18 years of traveling around the world. They were and are very prodessiomal, very courteous, and have the beat customer skills anyone can offer in this business. People like them make a truly difference and make anyone feel welcome. Please don't lose them; they are definitely the best staff!!!

While the hotel facilities appear excellent, the management is third world. The key to our room did not work, nor did two lights. Wake up call requests we're ignored. No Kleenex was provided. There is no staff in the executive lounge and the computer wàs inoperative. Very few of the staff speak English.

Truly a fair hotel, nothing too sparkling or special in terms of appearance. The location was right on the beach overlooking the sunset which was incredible. The staff at large were not especially amazing. Yet the five stars single handedly are deserved to this hotel with great thanks to a young man at reception called Or. He made me feel like a truly valued costumer for my time there and every time we crossed paths he always made sure to follow up with me! He gave me great tips as to what to do in Israel and most importantly he exemplified what an upstanding citizen of Israel was!

Enjoyed my vacation in Israel because of two thins The dead sea and staying in that hotel.. and more then that I want to thank personally to one guy at the reception who did an amazing job and took care of us.. the guy's name was Or.. absolutely astonishing customers service👏👏

Strong smell of fish at dinner suggests they're not fresh. Mess with chairs and tables (We were a large group at dinner and they weren't ready for us). Assado was served to my plate without tongs.
Swimming pool swamped with smokers and glass bottles though prohibited by the hotel.
Dirty mirror in the elevator.
Parking lot near the entrance is dirty. It's the
municipality's and hotel's shared responsibility to clean the area.
When the faucet in the tub was set to luke warm, water were cold, and boiling hot when

Bina and staff were wonderful. Bina is like your kid sister who shows a real interest in the hotel quests. We are from TX and there was a real cultural shock for us, but Bina took me in her office, and explained several things to help us adjust. She even came up to my room and visited with my wife and I, just to make sure all was ok, and to see if we were in need of anything.
Leonardo Hotel stands alone on its name and quality, but employees like Bina make it even better. We will be happy to return. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give it a 10 Thank you Leonardo and a big thanks to Bina!!response / report this review -

The staff is lovely and the location is great if ocean is what your here for. The hotel is clean and run very proffessionaly. We were given a free spa appoitment just to compensate for the pool, which, since it was still winter season, wasnt supposed to be open anyway(!). And the publics relations manager, bina, was fantastic! She gave us her personal cell number and was there for us on any request. we were also given a sea view room on a high floor for no additional fee, just because we requested one.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, with 2 restaurants. The restaurant called Tiramisu opposite the reception, has the rudest chef ever, you won't see him smiling by any reason. As well the food is way far from good, with 0 options of protein.
The girls in the reception are quite nice and friendly.
There is a okish gym and a sauna not included in the price of the reservation.
The wifi is the only thing that's worth mentioning as good.response / report this review -

I like the hotel very much because it is clean and suitable for staying. The hotel is located closed to the beach with a unique surrounding. It is quite and good for the visitors. The facilities is cool with awesome meals provided. The services provided at the hotel is really excellent. Thank you.

The Leonardo Hot was great all over. Huge buffet. Nice new hotel. I was particularly impressed with how big the pool was, though it was a bit overcrowded with kids. My group all really enjoyed our stay here.
