  The hotel was very run down and looked very old overall.Room had very dirty windows and food was mediocre,although the omelette that my friend ordered was completely burnt and looked inedible - I personally couldn't even comprehend how this hotel is four stars,looked more like a three star hotel at most,overall one of the worst hotels I have visited.

  This place is old and poor quality accommodations. Bathroom is tiny and it is hard for two people to share it. Am with a tour group and will let the travel company know of my dissatisfaction.

  The hotel rooms them selves are good clean and we'll set, the hotel is connected to a pool that is set right on the beach, really good spot!
  the staff of this hotel are something else ! they are really nice and would help you in anything you need.
  very well recommended ! will come back soon !

  Fantastic hotel in Tibereas from when we checked in we were handled very well the staff are very friendly especially Nael he made sure that everything was presice the General manager was accessible it was thei best customer service we have received in the whole of Israeli as we have spent 12 days going around different hotels. We Will definitely come back to this hotel well done Neal and your team. Shallom

  we arrives at 2 30 am very sweet and nice service very helpfully definitely would give them 5 stars for the service thank you Leonardo (after being in Israel and getting such bad service it was so nice to get good service) the hotel is old but it's very nice clean and the room was large and spacious

  We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Tiberius. Stav, Ilona and Saleem were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Mohammad was a very caring, exceptional server for a delicious breakfast as well. The views from our room of the Sea of Galilee were amazingly beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean and we slept well. The price is great and I would highly recommend a stay here.

  Horrific experience.
  
  walked into room after check in. was dark smelly and dirty.
  
  I walked out of there. after going back and forth with them the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me me a full refund.
