The night MANAGER of LEONARDO CLUB HOTEL, JOHNATHAN was very helpful to us when we had a problem with the room we were assigned.
I needed a walk in shower because I can't lift my leg, but all the rooms were booked , so we tried to sleep and the beds were too hard, so we got no sleep. This morning we were told we would get a new room, but didn't.
JOHNATHAN was able to exchange a room for us ,even though the hotel was booked full.
We feel like he was extremely helpful to us and we are very happy.

Taking groups of pilgrimage every single year to Tiberias and the last 2 years always stay with Leonardo Tiberias. Great location, awesome food, fantastic staff, and most of all, they always keep the hotel clean and up scale. Would not want another place. Thanks! The manager, Jonathan greeted me with a smile and he’s ready to serve all with a great attitude. 5 stars indeed!

I want to thank Leonardo Club for the wonderful service given to their clients through its Duty Manager, Mr. JONATHAN. Leonardo Club has to be proud of an employee like him who is always ready to serve and help the guests.
Jonathan is always ready for making our stay at the hotel a wonderful experience.
I have been here for many times with groups from Brasil and Mr. JONATHAN does his best to honor the hotel he works for.

The hotel is fantastic. Everything they have and give to the tourist is amazing. The manager Jonathan always helps with everything with a smile on the facehe is really working for the customer feel home.

Very good hotel, great for kids. The pool and the water slides area are a bit small when the hotel is full.

Great family hotel. Checking in on a Friday is very busy, to say the least, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent and we enjoyed ourselves. It's not fancy, but does a great job for the price.

Adequate room. Couldn't get WiFi in room.Tour groups, long lines, buffet meals. Nauseating, chemical/ perfumed spray throughout the lobby.

When checking in our room had a leak. We came to Jonathan the night manager to explain what happen. Jonathan listen understood our concerns. He quickly responded with "I'll take care of it, he asked for us to give him 30 minutes. The next thing we were in a room that offered an apology note with fruit refreshing water and complimentary wine.
I will always stay at the Leonardo Club Hotel Tiberius. Enjoy you will too!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience at this hotel. The manager, yonatan was extremely helpful. He often followed up with us and asked if we needed anything during our stay. He helped us arrange our day trip and provided us with information we needed help with. Overall we are happy with the experience we had this trip.
