  Lovell bread and pastries, all hand made on the spot. You can see the lovely, clean, baking area behind the shop. There are a few small tables outside, where you can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee with a Danish.

  On a recent trip to Israel, our mission stopped in beautiful Mitzpe Ramon to pay Hadas and Lasha Bakery a visit. Hadas, a fearless entrepreneur and baker extraordinaire, really touched my heart. I was instantly captured by her light, her passion; she puts so much love into her bread. When I shared with her that I was intolerant to gluten, her eyes lit up, she was beyond understanding and surprised me with the best spelt bread you ever had! She sent me home with a goodie bag of sourdough and a day I will remember for a long time. Five stars, must visit Hadas and her team when in the area; magic happens at Lasha Bakery. x

  A sweet bakery in Mitzpe. Nice location, very good sweet pastries, cookies and bread, not so good salty pastries. If you're passing through, you should give this place a visit.
