A wonderful experience, very different.
This is a wonderful place with wonderful people.
Surely, it's where the Spirit and the earth meet.
Lovely kibbutz, a good place to stay. Make sure to check out the mud buildings they have.
Very warm kibbutz. You could stay in the Lotan tourism or couch surf. A lot of ecological activities around here - mud huts, eco-fun and a very nice little garden.
A reform-liberal Kibbutz with a lovely service and dinner. Everyone there was nice and the tour was enjoyably.
Good guest rooms for small families.
Kibbutz Lotan was a very interesting place to visit. Seeing what they've done to make a livable area in the arid location that they've been given tells a very interesting story. I would recommend a quick stop if you are interested in how these communities operate in harsh weather conditions like expected in the area.
Wonderful place to stay in! It feels good that everything is ecological and innovative, but also clean and organized. The food is simple but tasty, and there are various vegetarian and vegan options. Great walking paths nearby if you feel like hiking in the desert, and just 30 minutes from Eilat.
small hosting village,
tranquil, good people,
and the most interesting to see and hear about recycling , mud structures and more
