Sadly,I had a bad experience. Would not recommend for those who are looking for their items to be Shipped. One of the Earrings snapped in my hands! It was meant to be a treat for myself, until this unfortunate situation happen. I am expected to pay £69.00 Shipping Costs due to their Goods Faulty. A reputable Business would be kind enough to not let their Customers pay if it is a mistake on their side. Just the Shipping cost alone to return them , I could buy another pair of Earrings. Why should I have to do this? Would any other Businesses be so unprofessional?! Very upset and disappointed by their Customer Service!
