Asked for a delivery, was sent the completely wrong things, with the acknowledgment they had to change the menu. No refund, no alternative, nothing reimbursed for my wasted time, money and effort. Even had a native hebrew speaker call to clarify.
Planning on forwarding this complaint to everyone higher up in this company. Terrible customer service, terrible food (soggy buns, wilted lettuce, cold fries) and biggest waste of money possible.response / report this review -

When I first met my fiancee, I bemoaned to her about how I missed bacon cheeseburgers; she took me here on our first date. We've been together ever since.
Sappy story aside, the burgers here are really damn good, and the prices are a bit more reasonable compared to other really damn good burger places. And they deliver, too. My favorite burger in Haifa, hands down.response / report this review -

I've been here twice now. Didn't order out, i sat in. The dish arrived quite quickly. I ordered the italian burger business meal - medium well - on my first. I didn't really feel the mushrooms but the dish itself was very good. My side dish was Kanibar Fries (home fries with a sweet chilli and cream sauce) - also very tasty. The dish came with a light drink of choice and coffee. I took a small cup of coffee with milk; also, no complaints at all, it was very good. The waiter was nice and courteous even though i was being annoying and asked a lot of questions. I decided to also take dessert - the "shveitsaria ha'ktana" (small Switzerland) - it was excellent! Well presented, good size, tasty, came with vanilla ice cream and fruit.
On my 2nd visit I took the Cheesy Burger and the biscuit cake. The burger was really good but came out more medium than medium well in some parts. The dessert was once again really good. Prices were standard israeli restaurant prices.

I'm not sure why people fuss about this place, the food quality isn't on bar with average fast food fair even! The meat tasted like old frozen stuff, and the portions were on the smaller side which isn't that bad I guess, considering the low quality Not recommended.

Excellent hamburgers and side dishes, a great place to have a burger for lunch/dinner. Prices are a bit cheaper in comparison to the competition in the area. Definitely recommended :)
