  Today it was very clean and not too crowded, my bus arrived within minutes of me getting to my gate. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained. I ate dinner in the food court and also found it very clean even though there was still a very large dinner crowd. Overall, I see huge improvements being made to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and pleasant stay.

  Crowded, very busy. Lots of places to pick up food! Unfortunately we were there during an Orthodox Jewish protest, which blocked the city's main arteries, caused bus lines to back WAY WAY up because buses weren't running. Pretty nasty of people who get lots of social welfare & who's men don't work.

  You can get to almost anywhere in israel from here but it's not clean at all

  There is a bus service to every place in Israel, very good security, but not clean.

  Dirty bus station, but works efficiently. Set in the middle of a shipping arcade with lots of good affordable shops.

  Quite an organized bus station. Keep in minds that the buses fill up like hell, so you better stand in line.

  The Jerusalem Central Bus Station (Hebrew: התחנה המרכזית של ירושלים‎‎, HaTahanah HaMerkazit Shel Yerushalayim) is the main bus depot in Jerusalem, Israel and one of the busiest bus stations in the country. Located on Jaffa Road near the entrance to the city, it serves Egged, Superbus and Dan intercity bus routes.

  Not too complicated to use. Has places to eat, shop for clothes books and more.

  Central bus station with intercity connections to the whole country, housed above a shopping mall with a variety of eateries and shops at different price points. Clean and well maintained with a well-staffed information desk.
