Easy parking and access to everything in walking distance. We really loved visiting Jaffa.

Not sure but I believe it is free parking since I didn't find anywhere to pay and did not get a parking ticket.

Jaffa port parking is an excellent parking lot if you are going to Jaffa-Tel Aviv. The greatest thing- you park for free. And then you take a nice walk along the sea and by 20 min you reach the first official beach.
