The employer did not pay me both a pension and a training fund and I had to contact a lawyer after the dismissal. After I paid an advance, it took more than a month to reach the point that the debt is NIS 67,500 and immediately Mr. Schnitman tried to convince me to agree to NIS 30,000, which is less than half. Unfortunately he knew my employer. When I refused such a condition, the procrastination began and I think Mr. Schnittman became my employer's lawyer. After months of waiting, I had to give in and agree to the first offer because I understood from the conversation with Attorney Schnittman that I was in for a surprise in court. As suggested by this, after I paid the lawyer's fees, I was left with an amount between a third and a quarter of what I was supposed to receive.
The whole process I felt ignored and disrespected by the head of the office.
