Just an average hotel. Barkeepers had no clue about how to mix drinks, tasted awful. Popular for people who indulge in 'all inclusive' with no high quality. Dripping water from Air Co's in the dining room- towels on the floor! Our room floor was dirty and stained.

Wow. The most amazing family vacation. I recommend the rooms in the old wing - big and lovely, food is amazing with 3 full meals a day. Great facilities, pool, spa, kids room. The best time of the year is now - late February-early March

Were at the hotel Wednesday-Saturday Nov 29- Dec 2 for the annual Eilat Triathlon. Room was very quiet and well fitted out, salads always fresh and plenty of choice of vegies, fish and meats. Came home and discovered I had left a special bicycle shoe of my husband in the room. Phoned the hotel, they returned my call saying they had found the shoe. It arrived by messenger to our door on Tuesday. excellent service. Many thanks.

Incredible Hotel, it is by far one of the best Hotels I'v stayed in, Worldwide!

The Hotel is part of the Isrotel Hotel chain, and is situated at the City's center just off the Sea side Vista. it enjoys easy access to pubs and restaurants as well as the city's Kamikaze ride.

Rooms are beautiful, staff is kind and Highly Professional, and the Food is simply to die for.

I gave 4 stars since food is only okay and not more than that and the elevator to floors 7-8 are terrible!

Reasonable price. Good service. Staff was very helpful. The food is OK. The only complaint are the facilities with very busy elevators, and small rooms. However everything is clean and kept. Good deal for the money.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot. The music is on until 1 am and it is so loud that the rooms vibrate. There is music in a club in th lobby as well as outside. I asked to have the music turned down outside at least so it's not coming into my room and the front desk said no. Don't expect to sleep until at least 1 am. Also the showers have no pressure and the hot water cold water control doesn't work well. Good luck staying here. Don't come with a family.

Great hotel. Good food and the service is good. Our room was veryclean and tidy and had a nice smell. There are 3 pools hot tub and sauna.

Great hotel for families. Many activities for kids. The staff are very attentive and kind to children.
Great hospitality, very clean and comfortable rooms, great pool.
The bar is open almost all the time with coffee, soda and alcohol.
The pool bar also serves popsicles and slushie.
