  לא הצלחתי ליצור קשר עם הסניף הזה במשך יותר משעה וגם לא מצאתי את מספר הסניף בכל צורה שהיא כדי להעביר כסף מחשבון לחשבון.

  6 tellers. 3 were available, 1 was busy scanning cheques and 2 were closed. Place was packed with people. Stupidly slow (34min) to pickup one little package that was mailed to this branch instead of the correct destination. When I asked the clerk how such errors can be prevented, she said "talk to the mailers". By that time I did not have the time to tell her "you are the mailers".
